Our thoughts are with those who have been affected by COVID-19. As the situation is changing every day, we are closely monitoring updates and recommendations from the CDC and the Canadian Government Website. Like you, we are concerned with the potential for rapid spread. Our priority as always, is to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff. Please be assured we have taken increased steps to ensure we can continue to serve you while protecting your health and the health of our technicians.
We have adopted all current suggested practices such as supporting self-isolation measures, enhanced sanitization routines, social distancing and frequent hand washing. For our office staff, we have transitioned to a remote work model for many to limit any risk of exposure. Our technicians use one-time-use disposable gloves and are equipped with extra cleaning supplies to care for their tools and equipment at every job to ensure we are not carrying anything into your home. If we don’t shake your hand, we mean no offense. We just want to keep everyone healthy.
As always, we encourage our customers to explore air quality products to help keep their home healthier. If you would like more information regarding these products, please let us know and we would be happy to provide recommendations.
